Eyes

Access your servers physically with our remote hands and eyes service by fully trained site engineers.

Basic Hands & Eyes
consists of the most rudimentary maintenance activities:

● Pushing a button or switching a toggle
● Setting a dip switch
● Power cycling (turning on and off) equipment
● Re-setting or rebooting of equipment as required
● Securing cabling to connections

Basic Hands & Eyes also includes:

● Observing, describing, or reporting on indicator lights or display information on machines or consoles
● Modifying basic cable layout, labeling, or relabeling equipment
● Checking alarms for faults
● Changing faulty plug-in cards

Advanced Hands & Eyes involves sophisticated activities:

● Diagnostic assistance and running diagnostics equipment
● Installing or uninstalling software
● Hardware enhancements
● Handling fault notifications and rectifying circuit failures

We guarantee 2N UPS redundancy, 2N backup generators and 99.999% Power Availability.

We maintain a minimum N+1 redundancy for cooling infrastructure with High Efficiency DX cooling system based on the N+1 configuration. We guarantee a temperature range of 18° – 27°C.

Our facilities have upto 7 layers of physical security with biometric access for registered users. Private suites and secured cage solutions add an extra layer giving customers the ability to install biometric security and CCTV cameras.

Our Data Centers are highly connected hubs and provide co-location services to customers for peering. We have 2 Internet Exchange Points offering peering and routing service for both local and international content.

As a Carrier Neutral data center, our facilities have been designed with Dual Meet Me Rooms for redundancy on connectivity.
