Power’s most critical responsibility to our customers is to ensure that they continuous availability of power. To maintain power availability, our data centres are designed with resilient electrical backedup by powerful UPS systems and high capacity generators

  • All our data center are designed with 2 independent power lines that terminates in each rack in the data center. Power is cascaded to multiple resilient distribution boards that enable the servicing of multiple zones simultaneously
  • We deploy high-capacity generators that guarantee power availability even during metro-wide power outages. Together with substantial on-site diesel stockpiles and short-notice diesel refueling contracts with multiple vendors at each data centre location, our electricity backup capabilities are extensive. This permits us to supply necessary power to organizations that require 24/7 infrastructure availability, such as online retailers and global financial services companies.
  • Multiple uninterruptible power source (UPS) systems in every data center to eliminate fluctuations and to provide clean, continuous power to your critical systems. In addition, all of the systems contained in the data centre are configured to be resilient, allowing us to provide you with consistent infrastructure and security performance. Fully online UPSs ensure frequency, voltage and surge stability.
  • Robust Protection Against Electrical Surges

For every kilowatt of electricity consumed by your servers, about one kilowatt of heat is produced. This means that managing heat and humidity is an important function of our facilities.

Our precision cooling systems have been designed specifically to meet the needs of data centre heat loads. They are concurrently maintainable as per Tier 3and have N+1 redundancy.

  • Cold aisle temperature setpoint is 24 degrees celcius and we have an SLA around temperature and humidity
  • Humidity is maintained at less than 60% rH with a target of 45%

Our world class security concepts have been adapted from the strictest standards of ensuring safety for our customer’s infrastructure. We build advanced, multi-level physical security into every data center facility to ensure that your infrastructure is physically secure. We also provide optional advanced access control and security services that supplement our standard measures.

  • On-premises security guards
  • Comprehensive perimeter and building security, with multiple levels of security
  • Pre-authorisation required for data centre access
  • A visitor’s identity is visually confirmed against a picture on a named user list
  • Additional biometric confirmation through fingerprint imaging
  • Service areas are physically separated from data centre areas
  • Continuous video surveillance of all zones and cabinets
  • Comprehensive audit logs are maintained on all site access
  • Additional bespoke access policies can be implemented for private cage clients
  • iso27001 and PCIDSS

We believe great networks are about peering and not raw bandwidth. Our peering solution is a neutral, layer 2 Internet Exchange point located in our Data Centers. It enables exchange of vast troves of data between customer via their services providers via public peering. The network service providers include both local as well as International providers. With our peering solutions customers are able to

  • Reduced costs in local bandwidth by eliminating roundtrips between service providers
  • Reduced latency with simplified routing and direct interconnects
  • Improved performance by bypassing potential traffic bottlenecks
  • Increased resilience by offering convenient multiple network connection options

As a carrier-neutral facility, competitive and resilient connectivity will be available within the multi-carrier Meet-Me-Rooms in the datacentre. hubs have an ecosystem of submarine cable providers, local terrestrial networks and several other major IP backbones have establish strategic interconnections in our facilities. Customers have the opportunity to leverage network density and the choice of interconnection partners to achieve the network deployment speed and scale you need.

  • Peering
  • Inter-DC Interconnects fibre/ethernet
